Steak in La Costena Green Salsa/Carne Sada





  1. Strip steak and take off fat.
  2. Heat oil in skillet.
  3. Add steak and cook until brown.
  4. Add salt and black pepper.
  5. Add onions and cook for few more minutes.
  6. Add steamed potatoes.
  7. Add green salsa and mix.
  8. Serve with rice or tortilla spread with mayonnaise.
