Steamed Mashed Banana Cake

  
(Wrapped in either banana or Deringin leaf )



1.   Stir-fried 90gm grated coconut on skillet until a little brown. Set aside.
2.   Smash 1kg of bananas or pisang emas in a large bowl or cooking basin.
3.   Add in and mix 200gm rice flour, the grated coconut, sugar (optional according to taste) and  a little water (optional depends on the thickness).
4.   Scoop a portion on leaf and wrap fold.
5.   Steam for about 25 minutes.
6.   Serve during tea break.
