Sope



Making sope

Corn flour dough


Heated on slow fire



Fried 


Spread with mayonnaise


Mashed black beans


Spread with mashed black beans


Spread with green salsa (optional)


Sauteed shredded chicken 


Topped with sauteed shredded chicken 


Topped with mozzarella cheese


Topped with lettuce


 Served with rice/fried rice

Sauteed Tortilla and Egg

Saute slices of tortilla and sausage (optional) for about 3 to 5 minutes. Add eggs and stir. Add black pepper and salt (optional).




Serve for breakfast.

Steamed Mash Banana / Fritters


For tea/coffee break


Mash 5 - 6 ripe bananas. 



Sieve 2 cups of all-purpose flour.



Add 1/2 cup of milk or water.


Add a pinch of salt and 1 tsp of vegetable oil or butter (optional).


Spray steaming pot with vegetable oil or brush with butter.


Steam mixture for 25 minutes under medium fire. 


Fry mixture into fritters until golden brown.


Cool steamed mash banana and fritters for 15 minutes.

Fresh Vegetables with Steamed Pumpkin, Fried Salmon and Rice



Steamed pumpkin flesh with fried salmon, rice, slices of tomatoes, avocado and lime.


Steam pumpkin until it's soft. Scrape out the flesh.
