For tea/coffee break
Mash 5 - 6 ripe bananas.
Sieve 2 cups of all-purpose flour.
Add 1/2 cup of milk or water.
Add a pinch of salt and 1 tsp of vegetable oil or butter (optional).
Spray steaming pot with vegetable oil or brush with butter.
Steam mixture for 25 minutes under medium fire.
Fry mixture into fritters until golden brown.
Cool steamed mash banana and fritters for 15 minutes.
