Shredded Chicken in Tomato Sauce

  1. Cut potatoes into 4 or 6 pieces and steam (optional).
  2. Heat oil in skillet.
  3. Add chicken strips and cook until dry and a little brown.
  4. Add salt and black pepper.
  5. Put chicken in bowl and shred with fork.
  6. Heat oil in a large pan.
  7. Add (1 big / 2 small canned) tomato sauce.
  8. Add salt, black pepper and oregano.
  9. Add chopped onion.
  10. Add tomato cubes.
  11. Add steamed potatoes.
  12. Add mixed vegetables (optional).
  13. Serve with rice, bread or tortilla spread with mayonnaise.
