Home Fried Rice
- Mix thoroughly - plainly cooked white rice (rice and water only) with a little vegetable oil and sufficient salt according to taste.
- Heat oil in skillet.
- Add packet shrimps and cook properly or until it appears oily/shinier.
- Add salt.
- Add chopped hotdogs/sausages, mixed vegetables and slices of omelette.
- Mix the ingredients for 2 minutes.
- Add rice, mix evenly and serve.
